  1. Build Complementary (different skill sets) team but who share the same vision  
  2. Delegate Effectively  
    1. Define roles – everyone know his own personal Trait – where buck get stuck
    2. Define KRA & KPI – weekly review meeting – Measure it – recognize those achievements 
    3. Identify current skills of person & which skill to develop 
    4. Train them to develop skill 
    5. Allow a day to day management – difficult but effective 
  3. Treat such person as a partner 
    1. Involve in decision making 
    2. Link their incentive with the profit of Co. 
    3. Ownership 
    4. Make him believe as Co grows, the benefit of him also grows
